Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. What the service is
AccessRadar is an automated website testing and monitoring tool. It is not a legal service and does not certify compliance with any law or standard.
2. Limits of automated testing
Automated checks detect a subset of accessibility problems. A clean result does not mean a site is accessible or legally compliant, and you must not present it as such. Manual testing with assistive technology remains necessary.
3. Scanning permission
By submitting an address you confirm you are entitled to have that site tested. We request pages at a modest rate and honour standard crawler conventions.
4. Subscription and payment
Monitoring is billed monthly in advance and renews until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds
If the service is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of a charge and we refund that month in full. EU and UK consumers keep all statutory rights.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to scan sites you have no relationship with at scale, to harass anyone, or to resell raw output as your own audit product without disclosure.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for regulatory action, claims or penalties arising from your website.
